Large Drug Seizure

On May 5, 2017 members of the Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit, after an investigation, requested a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant for a residence in the 800 block of Exmouth Street, in the City of Sarnia. At approximately 1:30 am, on May 6, 2017, members from the Vice unit with assistance from of the COPPS Unit and General Patrol executed the warrant without incident. A male and female were taken into custody. Upon searching the residence officers located the following: 1) 5.3 grams of cocaine with and approximate street value of $530.00 2) 20 / 100mg Fentanyl patches with a street value of $12000.00 3) A small quantity of Cannabis Resin 4) $4,590.00 in Canadian Currency Currently Heather Mason, 29 years of age, from Sarnia and Adrian Lemar Roberts, 31 years of age, of Hamilton, remain in custody awaiting their next court appearance. Both face 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
