Vice Units Pull Hydromorphone and Dilaudid from Streets

On June 8, 2017, members of the Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit applied for and were granted a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant for an address in the 200 block of Russell Street South to locate drugs that were believed to be located at the residence. At approximately 7:00 pm, that evening, Vice officers with the assistance of officers from the Sarnia Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch and COPPS Unit executed the search warrant in the 200 block of Russell Street South. Upon entry into the residence officers arrested two females and one male. During the search officers located: 25 hydromorphone pills (30 mg each) 29.5 dilaudid pills (8 mg each) 4 hydromorphone pills (2 mg each) The total street value of the drugs was approximately $2400.00 The following people have been charged: 1) Tarren Joseph Titus (23 years of age) faces charges for possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking and for breach of probation 2) Christine Elaine Titus (51 years of age) ) faces one charge for possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking 3) Shelley Ann Croteau (48 years of age) faces one charge for possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking and 3 counts of breaching her recognizance. All three were held for a bail and since then Tarren Titus has been released on bail while the two females still remain in custody.
