Davis Street House Fire Deemed Suspicious


On Saturday, June 17th, 2017 shortly after 5:00am the Sarnia Fire Department, Sarnia Police Service, and Lambton County EMS responded to a structure fire at 210 Davis St., Sarnia.

The fire had started in one of the three units at that address and required several occupants to be evacuated from the structure and from neighbouring homes as the fire was battled by the Sarnia Fire Department. No one was hurt as a result of the fire. The Ontario Fire Marshal’s office was contacted to attend and investigate the fire.

As a result of the investigation, it is believed that this fire is suspicious in nature.

The Sarnia Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch is now investigating the incident.
