Lambton Mall Library Temporary Closure

The County of Lambton and the City of Sarnia are advising the public that the Mallroad Library in Sarnia is closed until further notice after a vehicle crashed into the front of the facility this morning.
No serious injuries are reported. Staff and patrons were able to exit the facility safely. Damage to the facility is being assessed and more information will be provided once available.
Patrons who frequent the Mallroad branch are encouraged to visit other nearby Libraries, including:
Bright's Grove (Monday to Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Point Edward (Monday and Wednesday 12 noon - 5 p.m., Tuesday and Friday 2 - 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Mandaumin (Monday and Wednesday 4 - 7 p.m., Tuesday 9 a.m. - 12 noon, Saturday 2 - 5 p.m.)
Corunna (Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.).
Please note: all branches are closed Sunday, September 3 and Monday, September 4.
Due dates for resources borrowed from the Mallroad Library are being extended until Tuesday, August 22. Materials can also be renewed or borrowed by using online platforms available on the Library's website, LCLibrary.ca or by calling or visiting any other Lambton County Library branch, including those identified above and excluding the downtown Sarnia Library, which remains closed.
