Evening Robbery on London Road

A 55 year old male from Sarnia was robbed of his cash last night in the area of London Road and East Street.

On September 19th, 2017 at approximately 10:00pm, the victim in this case parked his truck in a back parking lot in the 500 block area of London Road and was sorting through cash from the day’s business earnings. While standing outside his truck, the victim was shoved from behind by the suspect, causing him to fall to the ground. As a result, the suspect fled the area with 3 blue rectangular zippered bank deposit bags containing an undisclosed amount of money. The victim was not injured.

The suspect was last seen running northbound between buildings towards London Road. He is described as male, white, approximately five feet, nine inches tall with a medium build. He was observed wearing a dark coloured muscle shirt (similar to a basketball shirt), and dark track pants with an “L” shaped tear on the left rear leg.
