Cocaine Drug Bust

Members of the Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit had been conducting an investigation regarding two parties who were believed to be trafficking cocaine in the City of Sarnia.
On March 29, 2018, shortly after 4:00 pm, officers were conducting surveillance and observed the two suspects in this matter at a local bar. One of the suspects left the area and attended an address in the north end of the City of Sarnia where it was believed he retrieved the drugs. The vehicle only remained at the address for a short period of time and left the residence. Shortly thereafter a vehicle stop was conducted and the suspect was arrested. Vice officers located approximately 29.8 grams of cocaine with a street value of $3000.00 on the suspect
The other suspect in this matter was located and arrested at approximately 6:30 pm while he was still at same bar. This suspect was the person who resided at the north end residence located in the 1100 block of Lakeshore Road.
On March 30, 2018, at approximately 12:58 am, a warrant was executed at the Lakeshore Residence where approximately 149.27 grams of cocaine was located with a street value of $15000.00 along with over $8900 of Canadian currency.
Robert J. Felton, 50 years of age, and David J. Rowe, 51 years of age, both of Sarnia, were charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Both parties were held for a bail hearing and have since been released from custody by the courts.
