Two Arrested For Trafficking Drugs

This month members of the Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit entered into an investigation regarding individuals trafficking large quantities of drugs into Sarnia On May 8, 2019, a traffic stop was conducted at approximately 1:00 am and two suspects were located and taken into custody. The suspects were subsequently transported to the Sarnia Police Headquarters where a search of one of the suspects located approximately 29.1 grams of methamphetamine on their person, with an approximate street value of $3100. The first accused, Lili -Star Nahmabin, 41 years of age, of the Sarnia area, faces one count of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking and three counts of failing to comply with a recognizance. The second accused is a Crystal Dawn Haywood, 34 years of age, of Petrolia, who faces one count of possession of a schedule I substance.
