Update Regarding Individuals arrested in the Operation of Two Separate Dispensaries

On July 30, 2019, officers executed a warrant at the Reefinery Dispensary, located in the 1600 block of St. Clair Parkway and arrested three men involved with the business. A large quantity of cannabis related products were seized.
Derrick Albert Oliver, 39 years of age, of Sarnia, was charged with possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling and breach of recognizance. Aaron Arthur Maness, 59 years of age, and Floyd William Bullock, 41 years of age, both of Sarnia, were each charged with possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling.
On July 31, 2019, officers executed a warrant at the Tashmoo Dispensary, located in the 1000 block of Tashmoo Avenue, and arrested two employees that were present. Again, another large quantity of cannabis related products were seized.
In this incident Kevin Plain, 52 years of age, of Sarnia, and Joshua Daws, 22 years of age, of Sarnia, were both charged for possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000.
These investigations were conducted by the Sarnia Police Service in conjunction with the Provincial Forces Cannabis Enforcement Team (PJFCET) as part of an ongoing effort to deal with unlicensed and illegal cannabis dispensaries.
