Early Morning Fire

(Sarnia Ontario) April 21, 2019: A fully engulfed house fire on Churchill Line between Telfer and Brigden Road occurred around midnight in the bitter cold. The lone occupant of the premises was found outside, and Sarnia Fire took on a defensive strategy and protected the exposures.

There are no injuries to report, but unfortunately the house was a total loss. The damage to the two-storey structure is roughly estimated at $200,000

The cause of the fire has been classified as undetermined.
