Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit Ruin Weekend Plans


Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit officers entered into an investigation regarding the trafficking of methamphetamine by a local individual that resided in the 100 block of Martin Street.

Officers requested and were granted a warrant to search the residence on Martin Street for evidence pertaining to the trafficking of drugs.

On August 7, 2020, at approximately 9:04 AM, members of the Vice Unit with assistance from members of the Criminal Investigation Branch, Traffic Unit, and COPPS Unit executed the warrant.

Officers located and arrested four individuals that were in the residence in relation to the warrant.

Upon completing their search officers located the following:

  1. Over half a kilogram of methamphetamine with a street value of $52,763

  2. 6.19 grams of cocaine with a street value of $619

  3. 18 mg of hydromorphone with a street value of $40

  4. 2.3 grams of Fentanyl with a street value of $1150

The total street value of the drugs seized is approximately $54,572. Also seized was $1,385 in cash.

The following individuals have been charged accordingly:

  1. Jason Lawrence Low, 34 years of age, of Sarnia, faces three counts of trafficking a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

  2. Kyle Reginald Cottrelle, 39 years of age, of Sarnia, faces three counts of trafficking a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and breach of a court order.

  3. Stacey Elizabeth King, 34 years of age, of Sarnia, faces three counts of trafficking a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

  4. Jennifer Joyce Pyette, 31 years of age, of Corunna, faces three counts of trafficking a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

All four have been held for a bail hearing.
